Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Reformer Pilates – Using a reformer bed to enhance movements promoting length, strength, flexibility and balance in a controlled movement pattern with low impact suitable for all fitness levels.
Barre Class – Incorporating concepts of classical ballet, Pilates and corrective exercise patterns; Barre classes are focused to align and strengthen your posture. Cantering your core, strength, stability and increasing your mobility. Our instructors will help create a toned and sculpted physique for all fitness levels and low impact.
Boot Camp – We have split the two most powerful training styles into two creative classes called Armour & Trooper.
Armour -Resistance & Strength at its peak to help increase your lean muscle mass while challenging you to push yourself to your limits. We will focus on technique and correct activation of the muscles to get you engaging sufficiently to achieve your best results.
Trooper-High Intensity Interval training at its best, with cardio combinations & creative exercises to boost your heart rate & burn those calories. This is the quickest and most efficient way to get lean and improve your fitness levels.
Altitude Cycle –Strengthen and tone whilst burning big calories in our altitude cycle class. The reason altitude training gets such outstanding results comes specifically from the lower oxygen concentration, which causes the body to be more efficient at using fuel and oxygen.
