Armour Boot Camps
Armour boot camp provides resistance and strength training that will increase your lean muscle mass while challenging you to push yourself to your limits. We focus on technique and correct activation of the muscles - this gets you engaging at a level high enough to consistently improve your results.
Trooper Boot Camps
Trooper boot camp workouts are high intensity interval training sessions that include cardio combinations and creative exercises to boost your heart rate and burn calories. Trooper boot camp classes are the quickest and most efficient way to get lean and dramatically improve your fitness levels.

Be part of an intense training program designed by Spartans Warrior Zone. Bootcamp classes run daily, addressing all muscle groups over the course of the week, using a variety of different exercises including weight training and calisthenics. Designing a proper exercise program is essential in order to avoid over-training, plateaus, and injuries. New exercises are constantly incorporated to our bootcamps to keep the classes interesting.
What Boot Camps are all about – the details
Our boot-camp sessions involve a 45 minutes session of strength training and calisthenics using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, battling ropes, other specialised machines and your own body weight. Bootcamps are usually run by breaking the class up into small groups. A variety of different exercises are performed at different stations to music guaranteed to get you through the workout. Bootcamps are designed to effectively allow the body to build muscle and burn calories and fat.
All fitness levels and age groups are welcome. High intensity intervals allow members or attendees to go at their own pace and strength level by increasing weight or speed in any circuit. Modifications for every movement are available according to anyone’s limitations.
