We have split the two most powerful training styles into two creative classes called Armour & Trooper.

Armour - Resistance & Strength at its peak to help increase your lean muscle mass while challenging you to push yourself to your limits. We will focus on technique and correct activation of the muscles to get you engaging sufficiently to achieve your best results.

Trooper- High Intensity Interval training at its best, with cardio combinations & creative exercises to boost your heart rate & burn those calories. This is the quickest and most efficient way to get lean and improve your fitness levels.

Both of our high intensity Boot camps mix up your fitness routine, combining endurance with strength training. Our boot camps targets the human body’s every plane of motion. Every class is never the same.

Be part of an intense training program designed by Spartans Warrior Zone. Bootcamp classes run daily, addressing all muscle groups over the course of the week, using a variety of different exercises including weight training and calisthenics. Designing a proper exercise program is essential in order to avoid over-training, plateaus, and injuries. New exercises are constantly incorporated to our bootcamps to keep the classes interesting.


What Boot Camps at SWZ are all about – the details

Our bootcamp sessions involve a 45 minutes session of strength training and calisthenics using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, battling ropes, other specialised machines and your own body weight. Bootcamps are usually run by breaking the class up into small groups. A variety of different exercises are performed at different stations to music guaranteed to get you through the workout. Bootcamps are designed to effectively allow the body to build muscle and burn calories and fat.

All fitness levels and age groups are welcome.

High intensity intervals allow members or attendees to go at their own pace and strength level by increasing weight or speed in any circuit. Modifications for every movement are available according to anyone’s limitations.
